Rebecca Penneys

Born in Los Angeles, Rebecca made her debut at the age of nine and performed as soloist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the age of eleven.  After winning many competitions in the United States, she attained international prominence at eighteen with her performances at the Seventh International Chopin Competition.  She captivated Warsaw audiences and was awarded the unprecedented Special Critics' Prize.

New York appearances include Alice Tully Hall, Merken Hall, Carnegie Hall and the 92nd Street Y.
